Masterclass BI en performance management, start 12 februari a.s.
U leert de performance van een bedrijf te monitoren en te managen. Samen met het management van de businessprocessen moeten de Key Performance Indicatoren van de onderneming worden bepaald en worden geïmplementeerd. Deze masterclass is praktijkgericht. Centraal staat het effectief gebruik en de organisatorische inbedding van technologische instrumenten ter ondersteuning van de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie.
Deze competentiegerichte masterclass wordt gegeven door Daan van Beek in samenwerking met de Hogeschool Utrecht en maakt onderdeel uit van de Master of Informatics. Een deel van het cursusmateriaal is in het Engels.
